General Description:
We are continually accepting applications for full time personal lines account managers that can work efficiently in a fast paced environment. We need people who are positive and work well within a team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organized and an independent problem solver. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook required, along with a familiarity of the Applied systems operating system or other related software such as AMS.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage up to $2,000,000 of customer premium.
- Complete applications and market renewal when needed.
- Good communication skill with companies.
- Ability to compare coverages and develop proposals
- Bind quotations.
- Review, process and invoice policies.
- Cross-Selling New Business.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of property & Casualty insurance experience required.
- Four year college degree preferred.
- Must currently hold a Property Casualty Producer license.
